The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items.
Return Shipping Procedures
1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

* All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
* It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
* Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
* To receive credit, Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
* You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
* You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Return Rules and Restrictions
Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call a Big Air Wear L.L.C. immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), please call Big Air Wear L.L.C. at 602-743-3318.
